David Barter has been qualified as a Level 2 coach since 2010. He has actively coached in a number of clubs in various locations since then. He has also managed and acted as a coach in a Chance to Shine program and an All Stars program. as well as coaching in primary and secondary schools typically running after school clubs. He has regularly taken courses to improve the quality of his coaching and has taken specific disability coach training.

David is also the club's Lead Welfare Officer and is an integral part of the Youth set up project.
